Baggage Allowances
Baggage allowances vary with each airline according to size, type and weight. The maximum weight of individual items is 32kg. Charges may apply for items exceeding 20kg.
Allowances for first and business class passengers may vary from economy.

Baggage Storage
If you need to store any items at the airport, Smarte Carte operate a baggage storage service located at the northern end of the arrivals level.

Baggage Trolleys
If you are leaving Sydney:
Trolleys are available from the trolley bays located on departures roadway and within the car park. Trolleys are dispensed at a fee of AU$4.00.
Smaller trolleys for hand luggage are available free of charge once you have passed through immigration (passengers only).
If you are arriving into Sydney:
Complimentary luggage trolleys are available in the baggage reclaim halls.

If your luggage was lost or misplaced during your flight, or left on the baggage carousel, please contact your airline directly.
