Accessible Facilities Accessible Parking Dedicated disabled parking spaces are conveniently located within the car park at the front of the T1 terminal. These are clearly marked and are restricted for passengers with cars displaying a valid 'disability' card. There are also two set down areas also available on the departures level with wheelchair ramps. Look for the signs. The car must display a valid "disability" card and the driver must stay with the vehicle at all times. Accessible Parking for the mobility impaired is provided within all public car parks at Sydney Airport, located as close as possible to terminals.
Automatic doors and lifts to all levels of the international terminal cater for those using wheelchairs or with mobility restrictions.
Chemist is conveniently located near the food court on the departures level of the T1 International Terminal.
Wheelchair-accessible drinking fountains are located in the T1 International Terminal.
Sydney Airport Medical Centre offers many services to travellers, staff and visitors to the airport. Located on Level 3 of T1 and is open 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday. The Medical Centre can be contacted on 9667 4355.
Kerbside rampways are provided from the street to the sidewalk. They have also been fitted internally where there are stairs to negotiate.
Buses, Taxis, Car Hire, Rail and Shuttle Bus Services conveniently located outside of the terminal.
TTY phones are located at various points within the T1 terminal. All public telephones are hearing aid compatible.
