Gold Ambassadors
Help is always on hand at T2 Domestic Terminal. Whether you require information about check-in, transport, airport facilities or accommodation our friendly staff will answer your questions and point you in the right direction.
The Sydney Airport Gold Ambassador Program provides airport help and customer service for passengers and visitors to T2 Domestic Terminal. From the moment you step off a plane or walk into the terminal, there is an efficient and friendly team looking out for you.
The Gold Ambassador Information Desk is located at T2, opposite baggage carousel two.
In addition, Gold Ambassadors roam the Terminal, wearing bright gold jackets they always stand out in the crowd. Each one is a volunteer who donates up to twelve hours per week simply because they enjoy meeting and helping visitors to the airport. With them, they bring a sincere and caring attitude that has created a lasting impression of Australia for all our guests.
