If your luggage was lost or misplaced during your flight, or left on the baggage carousel, please contact your airline directly.


Lost property services at T1 and T2 are provided free of charge. Please note that Sydney Airport does not work with third party lost property services.

 

For items lost in taxis on the way to or from the airport, contact the taxi company directly.
