Pronto Valet - Departures is located on Departures Rd for fast drop off of your vehicle. Collection is downstairs on the Arrivals level to get you on your way again quickly!
Pronto Valet - Arrivals is located on the ground floor of the multi-storey car park on the Arrivals level.

The Pronto Valet service on the Departures level of the International Terminal is located immediately opposite the T1 check-in counters and offers the most convenient valet option whether you are travelling yourself, or greeting or farewelling family and friends.

Location: As you head into the T1 International Terminal Precinct, follow the signs to Departures and you will find the Pronto Valet entry (previously Qantas Valet) on the right hand side of Departures Road. There are two entrances, the first just before the pedestrian crossing into the terminal, the second just after the pedestrian crossing. Pull a ticket at the entry gate and a Valet Attendant will greet you inside. Map.

Hours of operation: 5:00 am to 11:00 pm every day, including public holidays.
Standard rates: Pronto Valet rates apply per calendar day (midnight to midnight)

Location: Pronto Valet is located on the ground floor of the car park, opposite the International T1 terminal. Follow the P signs to the car park from either Marsh Street, Qantas Drive or Cooks River Drive and pull a ticket at the entry gate. Proceed to the entrance of the multi-storey building and pull into the Pronto Valet driveway where a Valet Attendant will greet you. Map.
