The opening of Crust in Sydney International Airport marks its third “slicery” concept store, and the start of an aggressive expansion focussing on other airport locations and shopping centres nationally.
The Sydney International Airport store features a variety of Crust’s gourmet pizzas sold by the 9x5 inch square slice, made to order on a par-baked base which allows quicker service while maintaining the fresh, high quality ingredients Crust is known for. The slices are prepared and cooked in front of the customer, and served with an optional side salad. Delicious breakfast items, including breakfast omelettes & wraps, as well as starters, desserts, espresso coffee and alcoholic beverages also feature on the next generation menu.
The slicery concept represents a new direction for Crust, and the quick, single serve breakfast and lunchtime trade will build on the franchise’s strengths in dinner-time takeaway trade, allowing Crust to serve customers from morning to evening.
