In May 2002, the then Federal Minister for Transport and Regional Services advised Sydney Airport Corporation Limited (SACL) that approval had been granted to a Major Development Plan (MDP) for the development of two office buildings in the International Terminal Precinct at Sydney Airport.
The proposal described in the Major Development Plan will result in the development by SACL of two office buildings on a 1.3 hectare site fronting Cooks River Drive in the International Terminal precinct at Sydney Airport.
The proposal involves:
Two office buildings with a total of up to 27,000 square metres net lettable area (NLA)
Above ground car parking for 250 vehicles within the buildings
The Major Development Plan was approved by the Minister on 31 May 2002 following a statutory 90-day period of public exhibition and consultation.
