• Park for up to three hours at the International terminal for $20

• Relax before your flight with more than 90 outlets at the International terminal, a broad range of shops and food choices at T2 and free WiFi across the terminals.
Passengers travelling over the Easter long weekend can take advantage of some great deals and improvements at Sydney Airport.
If you’re picking up or dropping off friends or family at the international airport, you can now stay for up to three hours for $20 if you book online.
You can also save up to 60 per cent off the standard rate in a number of other deals – including $69 for up to four days between Friday and Monday at the Domestic undercover car park or $89 for valet service – by pre-booking on the Sydney Airport website.
“We want travellers and customers to know that there are great value parking offers at Sydney Airport if you book online,” Sydney Airport Chief Executive Officer Kerrie Mather said.
Our new parking guidance system at the undercover car parks has recently been completed just in time for Easter. Dynamic signage around the car parks tells drivers where to find free spaces, while available spots display a green light, reducing the amount of time it takes to find a park.
We have also added another 1,000 spaces at the long-term car park, which is connected to the Domestic terminal with a free air-conditioned shuttle bus that runs every 10 to 15 minutes.
The Easter and school holiday period will be busy with families going away on holiday and travellers are advised to leave plenty of time to check in before their flight. If possible, take advantage of online check-in if offered by your airline. Passengers can also consider public transport, including the Airport Rail Link train, which cuts the journey to the city down to as little as 12 minutes.
Take advantage of the great parking rates and the downtime before your flight with a wide range of shops and food choices along with free WiFi at both T1 and T2.
“We have a fantastic range of retailers and restaurants and takeaway outlets to suit every budget at Sydney Airport,” Ms Mather said.
“Sydney Airport completed a $500 million refurbishment of the International terminal in 2010. For those inclined to shop, there are now more than 90 great outlets offering a wide range of choice, while over at T2, we attracted some new offerings with gourmet brands Toby’s Estate and Brasserie Bread coming on board.
“Whether you are grabbing something on the way to the gate or have time to eat in and relax before your flight, there are plenty of options at T1 and T2,” Ms Mather said.
Finally, if you’re at the airport over the long weekend, keep an eye out for the Easter Bunny, who will be giving out chocolate eggs at T1 and T2 from this Thursday to Easter Sunday.
