What do I do if I cannot access the InfoSYD front page?

If you have previously accessed InfoSYD, try resetting your password (forgotten password instructions above). If you have never accessed InfoSYD before, go through the self-registration process – see How do I log in if I am a new user to InfoSYD? . If this does not work, email InfoSYD.support@syd.com.au with a description of your access issue.

What do I do if I have been authorised to access an InfoSYD workflow but when I click on the application tile, I get an error?

If you have been granted access to the workflow previously, contact the administration team on infosyd@syd.com.au
