Changed traffic conditions for motorists entering T1 International terminal precinct

Sydney Airport is opening new lanes on the approach roads into the T1 International terminal precinct from Wednesday 27 June 2018.

The new lanes will mean changed traffic conditions for motorists coming to the T1 International terminal from the south/west (M5/Marsh Street) and from the east (Airport Drive).

If you’re driving to the airport, please make sure you carefully follow the overhead signage and lane markings so that you will be in the correct lane whether you want to drop passengers off at Departures, pick up arriving passengers, or park your car.

Signs will guide you to Departures (Drop-off), Arrivals (Priority Pick-up and Express Pick-up) and parking.

These new approaches to the T1 International terminal are part of the final stages of our five-year road improvements program designed to ease traffic flows and reduce congestion on roads in and around the airport.

Plan your journey to the airport, leave plenty of time and consider using public transport such as the train.

Thank you for your patience and co-operation.
