Sydney Airport is Australia’s busiest airport. In 2014, Sydney Airport was used by 38.5 million passengers, which comprised approximately 41 per cent of Australia’s international passengers.
At the International Terminal (T1), we’ve created one of the world’s most exciting airport shopping environments. From the shops, restaurants and services offered before Customs, to an impressive array of local and international branded specialty and food and beverage stores after Customs, our mix of retail is designed to meet the needs of passengers, their entourage, and the significant number of airline and airport staff working in the terminal every day. It’s a place to gather, relax and refuel.
On a sales per square metre basis, Sydney International Airport (arrivals and departures) is one of the most successful retail locations in Australia. It is conveniently located approximately 20 minutes from the very heart of Sydney’s Central Business District with links by both rail and road.
Sydney Domestic Terminal (T2) is Australia’s busiest and most vibrant domestic terminal. Australia’s favourite air hub is constantly getting bigger, delivering more passengers than ever to the heart of the nation’s largest city with annual passenger growth rates averaging 8.1 per cent over the past five years.
To continue to develop one of the world’s best airport experiences, we are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for the T2 dining precinct. Set to commence a staged rollout later in the year, the newly designed food and beverage space within T2 will transform the passenger experience and create a heightened level of ambience within the terminal. An increase in seating areas within a relaxed setting will accommodate a broader number of travellers and offer new and exciting food choices.
Submit an Expression of Interest for the Food & Beverage transformation of T2.
If you’re ready to develop your business both locally and globally, then we’re ready to help you grow at one of the world’s most exciting shopping destinations: Sydney Airport’s International (T1) and Domestic (T2) Terminals.
