Sydney Airport seeks food retailers in phase two of T2 casual dining precinct transformation
· T2 casual dining precinct to undergo second phase of redevelopment to enhance passenger experience and deliver a revitalised food and beverage offer in the last quarter of 2015
· Request for proposal for six new food and beverage kiosks now open for T2
As part of the current improvements program at the T2 Domestic terminal, Sydney Airport invites request for proposal (RFP) for six new dynamic fast and fresh food kiosks to join the casual dining precinct, enhancing value and choice for passengers, visitors and staff.
The works at T2 will deliver a newly designed food and beverage space within the casual dining precinct and will transform the passenger experience and create a greater level of ambience within the terminal. Expanded seating areas in the precinct will be centrally located to accommodate travellers in a relaxed setting.
The RFP seeks to uncover on-trend food and beverage offerings across a range of fast and fresh categories that cater to the busy domestic traveller, affording them the opportunity to quickly grab something healthy and fresh before they board their flight.
The chosen providers will join T2’s recently announced line-up that includes Chur Burger, SumoSalad Green Label, Hokka Hokka, Roll’d, Mad Mex, Sahara Grill and Red Rooster.
The new RFP offers an exceptional opportunity for compelling fast and fresh food brands to be part of this food and dining transformation at T2. Click here to download the RFP.
