Sydney Airport is proud to partner with a diverse range of innovative and world-class organisations across key sectors such as aviation, hospitality, automotive and retail.
These case studies highlight successful collaborations that reflect our commitment to operational excellence, customer experience and strategic growth.
From cutting-edge electric vehicle technology and global logistics to trusted food service brands and premium lounge experiences, each partnership exemplifies how Sydney Airport supports and enables business success at every level.
Xpeng
One of the world’s most cutting-edge EV manufacturers and a pioneer in autonomous driving technology, Xpeng, chose Sydney Airport for its flagship showroom and experience centre.
Located at the entrance to our domestic terminals, the site benefits from a level of passing traffic and brand visibility that few other showrooms in Australia can match. We have partnered with Xpeng through a pioneering performance-linked structure that seeks to maximise alignment and foster collaboration between landlord and tenant.

McDonalds
In our South-East Sector, McDonalds and BP occupy neighboring sites on General Holmes Drive, the stretch of the M1 that bisects the airport, at the southernmost intersection with Ross Smith Avenue.
The businesses are accessible to northbound traffic, with the tens of thousands of cars passing daily, allowing both to operate 24 hours a day and providing exceptional brand showcase. The strategic location adjacent to the domestic rental car precinct allows the business to service a large volume of returning rental cars that pass by daily.

Menzies
Global aviation services provider Menzies recently took occupation of an 11,400sqm warehouse in our international precinct, with both landside and airside access, that will be used to process air freight.
It has recently undergone substantial site preparation and renovation, jointly funded by Sydney Airport, and we have entered into a performance-based partnership with the tenant.

Plaza Premium Lounge
Our portfolio includes 16 lounges across three terminals. These cater to individual airlines, global alliances, loyalty programmes and pay-per-use customers.
Plaza Premium is one of the world’s largest lounge networks and operates several lounges across the airport under a range of brands. They also operate Aerotel, the only hotel at the airport to be located within the terminal itself.
