Free on-site car parking
As a Sydney Airport employee you can access the International Staff and Domestic Public car parks. You can use these when you travel for business or leisure. Please note that parking is for personal use only and cannot be provided to family or friends as your ASIC is not transferable.

Flexible leave options
- purchased annual leave: an additional two weeks’ leave can be purchased per calendar year
- paid parental leave: access to 13 weeks paid primary carers leave, and three weeks’ secondary carer’s leave, after 12 months of continuous service
- volunteer day: to support our commitment to our community and our people, employees can access one paid volunteer leave day per calendar to support one of Sydney Airport’s charity partners
- domestic violence leave: access to up to five paid leave days per calendar year, to offer assistance to employees who find themselves in these difficult personal circumstances

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an external counselling service available to employees and their immediate family. Confidential counselling services can be provided online, over the phone or face-to-face, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Employees can access Bupa’s corporate health plans and assistance in setting up private health insurance.
