1.1. Sydney Airport is offering all customers who sign up to SYD’s marketing database to
go in the draw to win one (1) of three (3) $2,000 Webjet eGift Card
2.1 Competition is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 only.
2.2 The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
2.3 No component of the Prize is transferable or redeemable for cash.
2.4 Employees and subcontractors (including their immediate families) of SYD, and any of its suppliers, service providers and agencies associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.
2.5 Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
2.6 Entrants must sign up for marketing communications from Sydney Airport to be eligible
3.1 The Prize is one (1) of three (3) $2,000 Webjet eGift Cards
4.1 To enter the competition, entrants must fill out the form on the competition webpage (sydneyairport.com.au/Holiday_Your_Way) and submit.
4.2 Entrants must consent to be contacted with SYD marketing communications to be eligible for the prize
4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Competition.
4.4 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
5.1 The promotion commences on 5 October 2022 and concludes on 9 November 2022 (Promotional Period). This is subject to change at the Promoter’s discretion.
5.3 Entries will be valid if submitted by eligible entrants during the Promotion Period.
6.1 The draw for the Prize will take place at SYD’s premises at 1 pm on 10 November 2022 and three winners will be randomly selected.
6.2 The winners of the Prize will be contacted by email or phone number. Entrants must provide a valid email address and phone number to be eligible and must claim the Prize by responding to SYD’s email within 2 business days of notification.
6.3 Any prizes not claimed within the timeframe above will be forfeited by the winner/s, and the Promoter will be entitled to, at its sole discretion, select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
6.4 The names and contact details of the winners will be provided to the Prize Providers by SYD.
6.5 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
6.6 Eligibility of entries and the awarding of Prizes is solely within the discretion of SYD. In the case of disputes, SYD’s decision is final. SYD’s decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters the Promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.1 Webjet will be responsible for customer care in redeeming its eGift Cards and the Webjet terms and conditions apply
7.2 Webjet eGift Cards can be redeemed on flight, package and selected hotel^ bookings.
7.3 Up to 30 eGift Cards may be used at checkout and any unused amount will remain on the card.
7.4 eGift Cards are valid for three years from the date of issue.
7.5 ^eGift Cards are unavailable to be redeemed on hotels where payment is made at the hotel, listed as 'Pay Later' on site. eGift Cards cannot be redeemed on car or motorhome bookings, 'Things To Do' bookings or bookings that contain car hire.
7.6 eGift Cards may be redeemed on flight/hotel/holiday package bookings containing insurance, but not if insurance is purchased as a stand-alone product.
7.7 The eGift Card balance and expiry date can be checked by looking in the original email post purchase (if applicable) or by visiting our self-service page here.

8.1 SYD accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries, or for any technical difficulties or periods of unavailability of the entry mechanism during the Promotional Period
8.2 SYD will not be liable for, and each competition entrant releases (to the fullest extent permitted by law) SYD and its related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the competition and the Prizes.
8.3 SYD reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or company who it considers has breached any of these terms and conditions or has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the competition.
8.4 SYD is not responsible for the quality, or the claim process of the products or services issued as prizes. Winners may be required to deal directly with Prize provider to claim prizes and make bookings.
8.5 All references to time in this document are a reference to the local time in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on the date stated.
9.1 Any personal information collected by the SYD will be treated in accordance with it’s privacy policy available at https://www.sydneyairport.com.au/info-sheet/privacy.
9.2 Information on how to enter and SYD’s Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry. By entering this competition, each entrant consents to SYD using his or her contact details to send marketing communications.
