This unique bar experience will showcase a selection of Heinemann's top spirits and wines, with talented bartenders shaking up cocktail favourites from Aperol spritzes to classic margaritas, piña coladas and more.

Set the tone of your holiday with these summer favourites

Aperol Spritz

90ml Prosecco D.O.C. 60ml Aperol 30ml Soda Water

Method: Start with ice cubes in a stemmed balloon glass. Pour in the Prosecco, followed by Aperol and soda water. Garnish with an orange slice.

Margarita

50ml 1800® Blanco Tequila 30ml Cointreau 20ml Fresh Lime Juice

Method: Rim a glass with salt. Combine 1800® Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lime slice.

Paloma

50ml 1800® Blanco Tequila 15ml Lime Juice Grapefruit Soda

Method: Rim a highball glass with salt and fill with ice. Add 1800® Blanco Tequila and lime juice, and top up with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Piña Colada

50ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold 25ml Coconut Cream 100ml Pineapple Juice or 4 Fresh Pineapple Chunks Cherry for garnish Crushed Ice

Method: Blend a generous amount of crushed ice with Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold, coconut cream, and pineapple in a blender until smooth. Serve in a tall glass and garnish with a cherry to enjoy a taste of the Caribbean.

Ginger Highball

30ml Jim Beam Bourbon 90ml Ginger Ale Ice Cubes Lemon Wedge for garnish

Method: Combine Jim Beam Bourbon and ginger ale in a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge for a refreshing twist.

Wild Berri Vodkarita

40ml Absolut Wild Berri 25ml Lime Juice 20ml Simple Syrup Seasonal Mixed Berries (3 or 4, keep one for garnish) Lime Wheel for garnish

Method: In a shaker, mix Absolut Wild Berri, lime juice, simple syrup, and most of the berries. Shake well and double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and the remaining berry.

Gin & Tonic With Ginger

30ml Roku Gin 90ml Tonic Water Ice Cubes Ginger Sticks for garnish

Method: Fill a highball glass with ice to the brim. Pour in Roku Gin and top with tonic water. Stir gently and garnish with ginger sticks for a zesty finish.
