Stitch Coffee was born from the idea that coffee doesn’t need to be standalone — it can be mixed together.

The Sydney roastery was among the first to bring or in other words, stitch together single origins to create universal blends that everyone can enjoy. Almost a decade later, their offering has expanded to include premium ready-to-brew products, and a rotating list of single origins that promote the work of farmers across the coffee belt.

Their latest venture can be found located in a space where most adventures begin: the terminal. As the fabric connecting your (our beloved coffee head) to the specialty coffee industry, they’re no stranger to globe-trotting and welcome all travellers to take shelter in their cafe.

The journey is just as important as the destination, which is why their cafe is perfectly equipped with everything you need to refresh before your next flight. Everything from the Aussie flat white to single origin pour-over can be found in their extensive coffee menu, and perfectly complemented by their selection of food, gift-ready retail coffee items, friendly staff, and relaxed dining atmosphere that offers a quiet haven amongst the hustle of baggage claim and boarding.
