Rideshare zone (e-TAG access only)

Less than two minutes’ walk from the T1 International terminal, our most convenient public pick-up zone.

Directions for arriving passengers: Follow the green Rideshare signage after exiting the Arrivals Hall.

Directions for drivers: Follow the green Rideshare signage as you enter the International precinct. Note that all parking payments for Rideshare are made via your e-Tag, charged as you exit the zone. No cash or credit card payments are accepted at Rideshare. If you don’t have an e-Tag, you should choose the Public Pick-up zone (15 minutes’ free parking, charges apply for longer stays) or the P7 multi-storey car park.

Accessible Pick-up zone

Accessible pick up spaces are available on the Arrivals level. There are 2 set down spaces with wheelchair ramps. Drivers must make themselves known to kerbside officers if they need to leave their vehicle to briefly assist a passenger.

Just a four minute walk from Domestic terminals, our most convenient pick up option

Directions for arriving passengers: Follow the green signage and lighting from Arrivals. There’s a handy passenger waiting area with a range of refreshments available for purchase.

Directions for drivers: Follow the green signage for Priority Pick-up as you arrive in the Domestic precinct. Note that all parking payments are made automatically via e-TAG charged as you exit the zone. No cash or credit card payments are accepted at Priority Pick-up. If you don’t have an e-TAG yet, you’ll be directed to alternative parking. Please note there is a height restriction of 2.9m in the priority pick-up zone.

Directions for arriving passengers: Follow the yellow signage and lighting.

Directions for drivers: Look out for the yellow signage for Express pick-up, which directs you into the right-hand lane as you enter the Domestic precinct.
