To celebrate the launch, Sydney Airport and Travelex are inviting travellers to join in the fun from 3–17 July 2026 with a series of special activations.

Exchange. Grab. Win.

Travellers who exchange currency at any Sydney Airport Travelex store can enter the cash booth in Terminal 1 for a chance to win a range of prizes.

Running daily from 6am–10am and 4pm–8pm between 3–17 July, participants will have 10 seconds inside the booth to catch as many flying banknotes as possible, with each note linked to a different prize. Prizes include Travelex Money Cards, luggage tags, playing cards, pens and vouchers from Sydney Airport retailers.
