Bill and Lyn Lark sparked a New World whisky movement - overturning a distilling ban that had stood since 1839, founding the Tasmanian whisky industry and placing Australian whisky on the global map.

That house style runs like a thread through the new luxury Single Malt Collection, including three Global Travel Retail exclusives. Cinder Forest is a harmonious symphony of sweet vanilla and honey with a citrus mist and layers of chocolate and spiced dates. Wild Haven pushes further with first-fill vintage casks, finished in exceptional Rum casks, with a touch of Tasmanian peat smoke. Ember Eclipse, a refined Single Malt finished in exquisite Cognac casks after aging in vintage Port and Sherry casks culminating in a finish of Madeira pudding, maple butter and tea.
