Founded in 2014, Archie Rose is Australia’s most highly awarded distillery, known for taking a meticulous, flavour-forward approach to traditional spirits. Archie Rose’s Single Malt Whisky has been awarded Australia’s Best Single Malt Whisky eight times. Crafted using six malts rather than the usual one or two, it delivers a more layered and expressive flavour profile. Matured in Australian apera casks alongside ex-bourbon and 36-month air-dried ex-rye casks, it opens with notes of fresh herbs, shortbread, raisins, toffee and dark chocolate, and features a rich palate of sticky date pudding, amaretto, and espresso.
